When an order is received, you will receive an email notification confirming your order has been placed and is being processed.
Once the order is processed and shipped you will receive an email confirmation that your order is on it’s way. You can track your order by using the order number which you will receive in your confirmation email.
If you do not have your order number, you can log into your account and check your ‘order history’.
Orders are cancelled due to no availability in stock in this instance an email notification would be sent informing you of this, along with a refund via the payment method you originally used. The refund can take up to 7 days to process.
Once an order is placed it is efficiently processed and as a result unfortunately orders are not cancelled. However, once you receive your order and wish to return unwanted items you are able to do so.
Unfortunately we do not offer an order exchange facility, however you can return the items for a refund and place your new order.
Please check delivery options you have selected and that the delivery date has passed. This could be found on your confirmation email. If the delivery date has passed please contact us via email with you order number.
If an item is faulty or damaged, Please contact us at (email address) with the information confirming the details as following
- Your name and delivery address
- Order Number
- Product Number ( Can be found on your email confirmation)
- Description of the product and fault (please also include the image of the faulty product).
If an item is missing from your order email us with the name and order number of the items.
If you have received an incorrect item contact us via email. Please include the following details
- Your name
- Order number
- Product name and code of the item ordered
- Product name and code of the item received
- Picture of the incorrect item and a description of the incorrect item received
If your tracking service is showing ‘‘Order is being returned to sender’’ this would be due to the delivery service were unable to deliver your parcel to you. This could be as they were not able to get access to your house/building.
If on your tracking service is showing that your parcel is being returned to us. Once we have received the parcel we will issue a refund back your account. A normal refund can take up to 21 days, this timescale is for us to receive the order back and process the refund.
