Discounts can be applied on checkout. Once you are at checkout simply add your discount code. Discount will be applied to your purchase total.
Having issues redeeming your discount? This might be why:
- Check if you have put the code in correctly.
- The code you are attempting on using has now expired.
- Only one discount code can be applied at checkout, you are unable to use 2 discount codes within one order.
- In some case some codes only work on specific delivery option.
If your payment has been declined it could be for a number of reasons such as your debit/credit card has expired, or your billing address does not match your account details we have. Please check all your information is correct.
If you are still having issues making a payment, please contact your bank/credit card company.
I received an incorrect item, what do I do?
If you received an incorrect order get in touch with us via email (email here). Please include the following information
- Your name
- Order number
- Product name and code of the item ordered
- Product name and code of the item received
