Our Returns Policy

Customers from the EEA (European Economic Area), If EEA customers change their mind, we will allow 28 calendar days to cancel the order.

Cancellations period starts from the day items are received from the order.

In the case where you have received faulty goods, you may have the right to ask for a replacement or a refund if not available. However, it must adhere to the following conditions

  • The items must be in the original packing including the tags.
  • The items must be returned within 28 days of receipt.
  • The items must return in a new and unused condition
  • Beauty products and jewellery cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.
  • Lingerie and swimwear can only be returned if the hygiene seal has not been removed or broken.
  • Footwear must only have been worn and tried indoors.

Faulty Goods

If an item is faulty or damaged, Please contact us at (email address) with the information confirming the details as following

  • Your name and delivery address
  • Order Number
  • Product Number (Can be found on your email confirmation)
  • Description of the product and fault

Cancelling A contract Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations

Customers from the UK are allowed up to 14 days to cancel their contract with us.

You have 14 days from the day the order is received to send back unwanted items, however unfortunately we cannot accept returns after the 14 days.

If you wish to cancel your contract with us but have received your order, you will need to return the items to us. Once items are received within the 14 days and processed a full refund will be issued as per our policy

A written cancellation confirmation is needed via email with the following information

  • Customer Name and Address
  • Items returned including product code
  • Reason for cancellation

We are unable offer any kind of refunds on the following items

  • Cosmetics
  • Jewellery
  • Swimwear and lingerie if the hygiene seal is not in place or has been broken.

All items should be returned in a new and unused condition with also the labels and original packaging where possible. Refunds will not be issued if items do not comply with our returns policy.

How Long Does it Take To Process My Retruns?

A normal refund can take up to 21 days, this timescale is for us to receive the order back and process the refund.

Once we have received the parcel back, we will send an email confirmation and will issue out a refund which can take up to 7 working days.

All items should be returned in a new and unused condition with also the labels and original packaging. Refunds will not be issued if items do not comply with our returns policy.

Can I Have an Exchange Instead Of A Refund?

Unfortunately, we do not offer an order exchange facility, however you can return the items for a refund and place your new order.
