UK & INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
How do I return?
You can return any item in within the UK for free using the returns portal.
(We will send you information for international later as we do not have this set up as of yet).
To return your items simply:
- Log into your account with your order number and select the items you wish to return
- Pack your item (preferably in its original packaging)
- Select your return option and print your returns label
- Place your returns label on the packaging and take it to your nearest (post office)
You will not receive a delivery note with your items; however, this can be found on your online account.
Due to hygiene purposes we do not offer refunds on fashion face masks, cosmetics, pierced jewellery, swimwear or lingerie (if the seal is no longer in place or has been broken)
When will I receive my refund?
A normal refund can take up to 21 days, this timescale is for us to receive the order back and process the refund.
Once received at our warehouse which can take up to 7 working days we will process and issue out a refund. A confirmation email will be sent out to you once processed and can take up to 7 days to show in your bank account once the refund has been processed.
If you paid with a gift voucher or store credit, this will be credited back to your account.
All items should be returned in a new and unused condition with also the labels and original packaging where possible. Refunds will not be issued if items do not comply with our returns policy.

How long do I have to return?
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to send back unwanted items, however unfortunately we cannot accept returns after the 14 days
I don't have the original packaging, can I return?
Yes you can. Please use a waterproof, non-see through mailing bag
Can I return more than one order in the same parcel?
Please keep your order separate and return with the correct returns label.
Can I exchange instead of a refund?
Unfortunately, we do not offer an order exchange facility, however you can return the items for a refund and place your new order.
Have you received my returned item(s)?
It may take up to 14 days from the date of your return for your parcel to be delivered back to us and processed.
Once we have received the parcel back, we will send an email confirmation and will issue out a refund which can take up to 7 working days.
All items should be returned in a new and unused condition with also the labels and original packaging. Refunds will not be issued if items do not comply with our returns policy.
Do you refund the delivery charge?
Within the UK delivery charges are refundable if ALL the items have been returned from the order. If you wish to keep any of the items from the order refund for delivery will not be issued.
We do not refund for any deliveries outside of the UK
